Shipping
Every guitar ships insured, packed in a hard case or heavily padded so it arrives exactly as it left. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address; we ship Australia-wide and pack as if the guitar were our own. Most orders go out within a few business days, with tracking by email.
Returns
If a guitar arrives and it isn’t right for you, get in touch within 14 days of delivery. As long as it comes back in the same condition it left in — no new marks, all parts and case included — we’ll arrange a refund or help you find something better suited.
Damaged in transit
It’s rare, but if a guitar is damaged in transit, keep all the packaging and send us a few photos straight away. Because everything ships insured, we’ll make it right.
